We recognize that today's global crises are deeply rooted in current economic models. Built on the "Circular Trilogy" (Good Ideas, Good Governance, Good Business), APCER 2027 is a platform to elevate your regional challenges into global dialogues. Together, we will tackle systemic issues including consumption-based carbon emissions, Global North-South dynamics, circular accounting, and circular finance. By integrating frontier technologies like AI and cross-ministerial frameworks, we will demonstrate that the circular economy is the root-cause solution to our shared global crises.
